The St. Moritz Gourmet Festival will take place in summer for the first time this year, once again bringing internationally acclaimed chefs to the Engadin valley.
We are especially delighted to welcome Mikael Svensson as a guest chef. At his Restaurant Kontrast - awarded two Michelin stars and a Green Star - he follows a strictly sustainable philosophy with a strong focus on hyper-seasonality and local sourcing. His cuisine combines innovation with responsibility, promising a truly exceptional culinary experience.
