The St. Moritz Gourmet Festival will take place in summer for the first time this year, once again bringing internationally acclaimed chefs to the Engadin valley.

 

We are especially delighted to welcome Mikael Svensson as a guest chef. At his Restaurant Kontrast - awarded two Michelin stars and a Green Star - he follows a strictly sustainable philosophy with a strong focus on hyper-seasonality and local sourcing. His cuisine combines innovation with responsibility, promising a truly exceptional culinary experience.

Experience a unique blend of exceptional cuisine and breathtaking Alpine scenery. The journey begins with a Laurent-Perrier Champagne apéritif at GRACE LA MARGNA ST MORITZ, followed by an unforgettable ride aboard the historic Gourmino dining car.

As the train travels through the stunning Engadin landscape and along the UNESCO World Heritage railway route, Mikael Svensson and Andrea Bonini will present an exclusive four-course lunch, accompanied by selected wines from Bindella.
