For 31 years, the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival has stood for culinary excellence and world-class chefs in the Upper Engadine. From 2026 onwards, a new chapter begins: the renowned festival will take place in summer for the first time, set against the breathtaking alpine scenery of St. Moritz. We are delighted to welcome our guest chef Mikael Svensson, whose restaurant in Oslo has been awarded two Michelin stars as well as a Green Star. His cuisine is defined by hyper-seasonality, a strong commitment to sustainability, and Nordic precision at the highest level.
