Scheduled to open in 2013, the Grace Riverside occupies a prime position at the mouth of the Kennebunk River in the heart of the historic and picturesque coastal town of Kennebunkport, Maine. The hotel will occupy a period inn building that has been a local landmark since the 1850s.
In addition to the 21 double rooms and suites there will be an ultra-luxurious Grace Suite - a self-contained waterside cottage built on stilts that rise out of the river to reveal tranquil, panoramic river views.
The Grace Riverside will feature a seafood restaurant with stunning river views that will fuse Mediterranean gastronomic touches with the local produce that the town is famous for. Guests at the Grace Riverside will also enjoy a magnificent fitness centre and some exquisite spa suites offering signature massages, facials and body treatments.
Our development team is currently undertaking a major refurbishment that will deliver the elegant simplicity that Grace aficionados have grown to love. From watching the lobster men unload their daily catch at Cape Porpoise, to relaxing on the 3-mile sandy beach, visitors to the Grace Riverside are promised the authentic New England experience.
