A Grace residence offers a perfect home-from-home for anyone who appreciates the style and ambience of a Grace hotel. Those who acquire one of our residences are buying into a unique lifestyle: all the familiar Grace design touches and quality finishes are to be found throughout these exceptional properties. The same architects and interior designers who create our hotels work painstakingly to re-create the Grace ambience in the context of distinctive, self-contained private homes. From the furnishing and décor, to the fitted kitchens, to the luxury bathrooms: attention to every detail is paramount.

Owners of course have access to the full facilities of the Grace hotel adjacent to their property. Furthermore, optional property management by Grace Hotels not only ensures that your home is kept in prime condition for you but promises a holiday experience and quality that you know and can trust.

We currently have two Grace Residences complexes under development: the Grace Kea Hotel and Residences in Koundouros is on the western side of Kea and comprises a small, charming boutique hotel and 17 private managed residences due to open in 2014. The Grace Cafayate is in the spectacular wine country of northwest Argentina. Forming part of the La Estancia de Cafayate sporting and residential estate there will be a main hotel building with fine dining restaurant, spa and pool plus 20 luxurious villas for sale. Each villa will add luxury suites to the hotel's inventory when the villa owners are not in residence.
