THE MAYFLOWER GRACE OAT MASK

An all in one moisturiser, exfoliator and deep cleanser. Perfect for post summer skin.

INGREDIENTS

½ Cup Fine Dry Oats

1 Tbsp Raw Honey

1 Tbsp Natural Yogurt

Organic Pomegranate Juice (use enough juice to keep the paste together).

DIRECTIONS: Combine all of the ingredients together, mixing everything well and apply to a cleansed face. Leave on for 20 minutes then remove with lukewarm water. Apply a good light moisturiser straight away. Massage well using your finger tips to increase blood circulation and minimize fine lines.

COCONUT AND SUGAR BODY BLITZ

This therapeutic scrub stimulates circulation and renews the skin’s surface leaving the body glowing.

INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp Raw Honey

2 Tbsp Organic Coconut Oil

1 ½ Tbsp of Any Essential Oil

1 Cup Brown Sugar

½ Cup Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients in a bowl then apply to the body in circular motions, avoiding the face, neck and decollete. Finish with an application of your favorite essential oil to soften and hydrate.

SKIN FIRMING FACIAL

A simple and effective ritual to tighten and firm as well as brighten and refresh!

INGREDIENTS

1 Egg White

DIRECTIONS: Cleanse your skin with honey or your favorite skin cleanser then whisk the egg white in a bowl until light and fluffy. Remove all trace of cleanser then apply egg white to your face and leave for 30 minutes. Apply a light moisturizer right after.

RAW HONEY AND CINNAMON EXFOLIATOR

Combining natural acids to help remove dead skin cells and stimulate circulation for radiant and glowing skin. Of further benefit, this mixture helps oily skin, tones the pores and reduces wrinkles and blemishes. Raw honey contains antibacterial and antifungal properties that can help heal even more serious skin wounds.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon

1 Tbsp Raw Honey

DIRECTIONS: Massage honey into your skin and let it sit for a few minutes before washing off with warm water. For acne-prone skin, mix a teaspoon of honey with half a teaspoon of cinnamon and use as a face cleanser and scrub. The cinnamon adds anti-bacterial power to this natural facial treatment.

MOISTURISING HAIR MASK

An effective hair mask that detangles, injects protein and leaves hair looking restored.

INGREDIENTS

2 Tbsp Aloe Vera Gel

1 Tsp Castor Oil

1 Tbsp Vitamin E Oil

2-3 Tbsp Organic Coconut Oil (depending on hair length)

DIRECTIONS: Run aloe vera through your hair to remove all of the build-up then remove with cool water. Mix all of the other ingredients in a bowl and apply to wet hair. Leave for a few hours or overnight. To remove, shampoo well but do not apply any conditioner. This will stimulate new hair growth, leaving your hair looking healthy and shiny
